Conversion % — for each source, the fraction of leads in the CRM pipeline that reached the "Active Member" stage. When a lead is marked Active Member, the lead's source automatically copies to the new client's profile, keeping top and bottom of funnel linked.
Retention % — fraction still active (excludes prospects and inactive/cancelled).
Avg Tenure — months since each client's membership start (or first session if unknown), averaged across the source.
LTV per client — for monthly memberships: price × months tenure. Quarterly/annual prorated. Package/drop-in uses the contract value directly. Averaged across the source.
Total Revenue Attributed — the same LTV math, summed across all clients from that source. This is what the source has earned the business so far.
Program Mix — which programs clients from that source tend to choose. Helps you see which channels feed which programs.
